Abstract
Based on the International Suicide Statistics, over one million people die by suicide each year worldwide in the United States of America , 6.7 percent suffer from depression. Therefore, the objective of this study is to develop the Mental Health Diagnosis and Stress Self Treatment System. This system provide user with the set of questions that is use to measure the stress, anxiety and depression of the user. The system will generate the percentage of the stress, anxiety and depression along with the self treatment recommendation before the user go for further examination and treatment with the doctors. The added values of this system is Weighted Sum Method to calculate the level of stress, anxiety and depression. The system will be develop by using Xampp, NetBeans, Sublime and the languages used is PHP, HTML, Javascript, CSS, MySql. This system hopes can help people with psychological disorders from suicide and other negative actions that could harm themselves or others.

Introduction
Mental Health Diagnosis and Stress Self Treatment is a system that expected to be able to calculate the level of stress, anxiety and depression of the user based on the set of questions and generates the result. This system will provide self treatment to the users based on the level of their mental health by suggesting some activities and advises to the users. This system will also give suggestion to the users whether their mental health requires help from the doctors based on the seriousness of the mental health. The result is calculated using weighted sum method. Based on the mental health condition, the rule-based method is used to recommend the user with few stress self treatment. If the condition is severe, user are advised to go for follow up with psychiatrist.

Methodology
Framework
According to the framework, the user are required to answer the questionnaire provide by the system. The system will then calculate the mental health level by using weighted sum method and store it in the database. The user will get the result and recommendation from the system based on result of the questionnaire. The admin can get the result of all the users through the system. The result is calculated and sort by using weighted sum method. The doctor, he or she can check the validity of the test, and also the check the record of test taken by the user to make research for future improvement.

The purpose of this system development is to help people with the aid of early diagnostics, recommendation and consultation from the doctors so that we can create an environment with people that is healthy physically and mentally.
